SOL Schools

Our free tuition schools go by the name New Life Academy and in some locations, Qclass Academy. We currently have New Life Academy in Owudekudu and Ishoko villages.

New Life Academy, Owudekudu

When we started New life Academy ten years ago, we had our classes in the open air. The dream was simple – teach the children how to read and write. There were no classrooms, no uniforms, no shoes, no textbooks, just the kids of our converts. Today the school has graduated four sets of primary six children,  and currently has a student population of 138 pupils.

A few good men and women have and continue to make gallant sacrifices to make qualitative learning available to our children free of charge, as well as supporting the missionary teachers who labour whole heartedly to see to the academic and spiritual upgrade of the children. To these ones, we are most grateful and we pray that the LORD will continue to bless them  and remember their good works in JESUS name.

New Life Academy, Ishoko

Running a tuition free all boarding school had always been the vision of our school project, but fears for provision had stopped us from going through with our plans. The heavy rains that makes it impossible for children in far flung communities to access Ishoko during wet seasons as well as the constant penchant of parents stopping their children from going to school during farming session left us with no choice but to start the boarding house. Currently New Life Ishoko has sixty eight students and counting.
